We are a privately owned company founded in 2009. We started our surveying company to help the people in our area. Timothy Davis is a second generation land surveyor. With a degree in Engineering and a degree in Criminal Justice, he has the education and experience to coordinate your needs. From closing surveys, large farm boundary surveys, minor subdivision surveys, estate surveys, elevation certificates, dock permit surveys, post foundation surveys, residential site plans and more.
Timothy L. Davis, PLS is a proud citizen of Horry County. With years of volunteering in youth sports and years of participating on various state and local boards, he takes pride in the advancement of the area.

We've just completed As-builts on one of the newest Charter Schools in Horry County. Atlantic Collegiate Academy opened in the fall of 2024. We were proud to be a part of this project. Congrats to Atlantic Collegiate Academy.
